《孝在身边,乐在其中》
每当看到父母为工作而疲惫,为遇到难题而愁眉苦脸时,我的心里很不是滋味。我时常会想,怎样让父母放松心情,感到快乐呢?当我一筹莫展时,忽然想到学校这周布置的孝道主题:帮长辈寻找儿时的快乐。我立马有了主意。下午回到家我就迫不及待地问妈妈,你们小时候最爱玩什么游戏?妈妈听后,陷入回忆道:“我们小时候玩的游戏可多了,踢毽子、跳皮筋、丢沙包、翻花绳……”听后,我打定了主意。
星期六下午,我拉着爸妈到广场做游戏。首先我们玩了丟沙包。爸爸自己一组,我和妈妈一组。还没等爸爸反应过来,我和妈妈就开始“混合双打”,打得爸爸措手不及,东奔西跑,手忙脚乱。很快,爸爸累得满头大汗,气喘吁吁。但是他脸上的疲倦消失了,灿烂的笑容洋溢在脸上,那是童年的快乐。我仿佛看见爸爸小时候顽皮的样子。然后我们又玩起了踢毽子。就这样,我们玩了一下午,虽然我累得筋疲力尽,但我帮爸爸妈妈找回了童年,找到了快乐,找到了家庭的和谐,我感到非常幸福!
什么是孝顺,我想它不需要你有多少财富给自己的父母,我们做为小孩子就是听话,懂事,一个拥抱,一起游戏,就会给父母驱散一天的劳累,带来欣慰的笑容,温暖我们的家。
天地有情,孝道无价,不尽孝道,不知感恩,何为人生?没有天,哪有地?没有父母,哪有我们?父母是我们生命的根源。
最后,我要感谢文汇的孝道文化,感谢老师的谆谆教导,使我明白了:孝在身边,乐在其中。父母快乐,我也幸福。

Dear teachers and schoolmates, good morning!
I’m Liu Yuru from Class2 Grade5. Today I would like to focus on the importance of fitness for a healthy life. We all know that physical fitness is important for a healthy lifestyle. It not only improves our physical health, but also plays an important role in our mental well-being. In our school, we keep running at 6:40 in the morning and doing exercises after the second class. In addition, we also have many special classes about sports, such as football, basketball and handball.
Physical activity can help us reduce the stress caused by study or other daily activities. When you feel tired after studying, you can run on the playground, jump rope or play basketball with your friends.Then you will be relaxed and get more energy to face your next learning task.
Fitness activities can also contribute to our self-confidence and positively. Every time we take part in the sports meeting or other matches and win the price. We will feel a sense of accomplishment and be more active in our life.
In conclusion, fitness is not just about looking good or losing weight; it's about feeling good, being healthy, and having the energy to live a full and active life. Let's all work towards a healthy lifestyle by playing sports. Thank you.
